Aura, to be located at the corner of Yonge and Gerrard , is the third phase of College Park Residences. Developer Canderel Stoneridge is advertising the 75-storey condo as “the tallest mixed-use residential tower in Canada.” At 243 metres, Aura will be tall, but not quite as tall as the Trump Tower (281.88m) or the 1 Bloor East (276m). Aura will include 918 suites and 17,000 square metres of commercial/retail space at its base. It will also boast a high-performance fitness centre that counts NBA star Steve Nash and cyclist Lance Armstrong among its investors. Aura will open for sales in 2008.
