CONCORDE CITYPLACE

Cityplace is not actually a single condo, but a whole planned condominium community by International developer Concorde Adex.

Sprawled across 44 acres surrounding Spadina and Front Street, Cityplace is known for its ultra-high glass towers and modern minimalist look. Starting with two oval buildings named "Matrix A and B" in 2004, there are now 15 buildings in total. When this neighbourhood is completed it will be the largest residential development project ever in the city of Toronto. This area is very popular with young professionals due to the proximity to the financial district and the relatively affordable, very liveable spaces. There is always something attractive and currently available at Cityplace.
