Overview

High Park is one of Toronto's premier residential neighbourhoods. In terms of Real Estate, High Park is generally considered to be the area directly north of the park, although it is often used to describe the entire area as well. Large single family homes are characteristic of properties in the area. Prices can get expensive for one of these homes, often out of the price range of young couples.

The Park is a retreat for many of the city's residents. At the centre of this 400 acre park is serene Grenadier Pond.
