HIGH PARK LOFTS

High Park Lofts, a new and welcome addition to Toronto's Roncesvalles Village, is truly a unique building. Developed by Stinson Properties, this building was originally intended as a true church conversion. However, the developer chose instead to build from the ground up, and the result is very rewarding. This decision allowed for cutting-edge green features to be added, including Geo-Thermal building heating and elements of solar power. Designed by local architect Stanford Downey and completed in 2007, High Park Lofts boasts and 80 ft. high interior Atrium (artist concept above). The split-level layouts with 12 ft. floor to ceiling windows really give these units an open, lofty feel. Many units have gas fireplaces as well.
