Tucked along Sorauren Avenue in vibrant Roncesvalles Village, Robert Watson Lofts is a two-building complex consisting of one vintage Warehouse Conversion and one newly-constructed building (2006). The original building was erected in 1903, and served as the original Watson Candy Factory. Developed by Sky Development group, and designed by Kohl Architects, this project has all the features we've come to expect from a true loft conversion.
One and Two-storey lofts enjoy exposed brick and Post/Beam construction in the original building, while the new building features modern exposed concrete ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
