Regal heights and Hillcrest are two small but affluent neighbourhoods located in the west end. Located between Dufferin Street and Christie Street, St. Clair and Davenport Road, homes are located at the top of a ridge which was actually Lake Ontario's shoreline in prehistoric times. What that ridge offers is some very nice city views from the many rooftop patios typical of the homes in this area.
